The weekend is coming and you are in Maine, full time. You have choices.
What ever you want to do in the great outdoors, it is less than a tank of gas away. Hiking at Baxter State Park. Watching a sunrise at Cadillac Mountain. Kayaking a lake and realizing Maine loons are pretty big when you get up close and see a pair, maybe with a baby on mom’s back. Every license plate says “Vacationland” in Maine.
Check out the lighthouses, have a lobster, baked potato and a piece of blueberry pie.
You are in Maine now, the way life should be. Friendly people, few people, four seasons, no crime or pollution. The stars are brighter. The skies in Maine bluer. Way way bluer. Maine..get here just as quick as you can. How about the Northern Maine Soap Box Derby Race June 20th, 2009.
